Frequently Asked Questions
Is my report truly anonymous?
Yes. We do not collect your name, email, IP address, or any identifying information when you submit a report. The only way to access your case is through the tracking code.
What happens to my report?
Your report is reviewed by our team within 48 hours. Depending on the nature of the report, it may be forwarded to appropriate authorities or regulatory bodies.
Can I communicate with the review team?
Yes. Visit the Track page, enter your code, and you can exchange messages with the review team — all without revealing your identity.
Why should I use WhistlePlace instead of my company's hotline?
Many corporate hotlines are owned by the very company being reported. WhistlePlace is fully independent — not affiliated with any organization. This eliminates conflicts of interest and ensures your report reaches the right people.
